Industrial Water Tanks Introduction

Our enamel coating industrial effluent tanks are consist of Enamel sheet,Special sealant and Self-locking bolts with more then 30 years service life. The enamel steel sheet is made of special steel ART310 containing rich titanium that makes the steel sheet twice the strength then ordinary steel plate. Inside and outside the steel plate coated with two layers of enamel, after drying, heat the steel in 900 ℃ high temperature, makes the steel sheet to achieve the best performance of both : the strength and flexibility of the steel combined with the corrosion resistance of the glass. The strong bonding enamel coating not only can prevent the corrosion of tank, but also resistance to strong acid and strong alkali. To assemble the industrial tanks, we use the self-locking bolt and special sealant to connect the steel sheets. This kind of assembly structure achieved rapid low installation requirements.  And according to actual requirements, the capacity of the tanks can be expanded and removed easily.

The corrosion resistance features of the enamel coating steel makes it very suitable for application in the field of bio gas energy, industrial effluent treatment, water supply, waste water / sewage treatment.
