1.Nice appearance

The enamel assembled tank is mainly composed of enamel steel plate, self-locking bolt and sealant, and the main body member is an enamel assembled steel plate. The enamel assembled steel plate is a double-sided double-layer enamel for the enamel special steel plate. The enamel surface is smooth and moist, and has the characteristics of porcelain. The standard color is green, bright and bright, which is especially suitable for the requirements of modern construction. You can also use any other color according to the user's request.

2.Stable quality and strong corrosion resistance

The enamel steel plate is completely processed and produced in the factory, and the degree of standardization is high. It needs a series of inspections before leaving the factory, and the quality is stable. The special steel plate for enamel is a special steel plate for titanium alloy independently developed by our company. The thickness can reach 12mm. The steel plate is treated with special process. Two to three layers of enamel coating are applied on both inner and outer sides of the steel plate, and the coating thickness reaches 300μm. The steel sheet is heated and polymerized to form a strong bonding force between the enamel layer and the steel sheet. The protective layer formed by the enamel coating not only prevents the corrosion of the tank, but also has the characteristics of strong acid resistance, strong alkali and high temperature resistance.

3.Short installation cycle

Enamel assembled steel plates are produced and processed at the factory and are produced in a standardized manner. After being packaged, it is transported to the construction site for assembly. The connection of the steel plate is completely bolted, and we have developed a special installation tool to make the installation very simple. The installation process is less affected by the weather and the installation cycle is easy to control.

4.Simple installation and maintenance

The enamel assembly tank is installed with special installation tools. The worker installs the tank top plate on the ground, then lifts it to the height of the board by special tools, and then installs the second ring plate. This operation is repeated until the tank is installed. . From start to finish, workers only need to stand on the ground to operate, simple and safe. The superior anti-corrosion properties of the enamel steel plate ensure that the maintenance of the enamel assembly tank is very simple.

5.Expandable, migration

The enamel assembled tanks are made of bolts of standard enamel steel plates. We can remove or reassemble the tanks after the operation, and the expansion and migration of the tanks can be easily done.

6.Standardization of equipment and high degree of equipment

The internal management of the enterprise must be carried out in strict accordance with the ISO9000 management system.
