Introduction of GLS Tank :
Glass-Lined-Steel, also known as Glass-Fused-to-Steel, After firing at 820°C-930°C high temperature, the molten glass reacts with the steel plate surface to form an inert and inorganic bond, which combines the strength and flexibility of steel and outstanding corrosion resistance of glass, so Glass-Fused-to-Steel tanks can provide many advantages over standard epoxy or weld painted storage tanks. Glass-Lined-Steel gives significant benefits over other tank and silo systems. This solution utilizes the Glass-Lined-Steel finish on both interior and exterior surfaces to give long term protection.
The quality department will inspect all the individual sections after production, including coating thickness, holiday test, color consistency. The defective rate of all products received by customers is zero. Bolted steel tanks can save transportation costs. All the individual sections will be shipped in compact form with the container. Assembly is quick and simple the truck.
When comes to installation, we will send out an installation guide to be on-site to train the local workers on how to assemble the tanks. In contrast, Field-welded steel tanks are welded by trained and licensed welders, which cost a lot of money and time that might otherwise be better spent elsewhere. This results in an installation process that is quick and easy, far faster than the installation of concrete or welded tanks, and it is not subject to the weather delays that often stall the installation of competing designs.
