What is GFS Biogas Storage Tanks?
Glass-Fused-to-Steel (GFS), also known as Glass-Lined-Steel (GLS), enamel tanks, these names all mean the same thing. Is two materials - Enamel frit and raw steel are fused together after two coatings and two heat treatments at 800-900℃ to achieve the best cohesion blending of the strength and flexibility of steel combined with the corrosion resistance of glass. Applied to both interior and exterior surfaces, Glass-Fused-to-Steel is able to provide many years of trouble-free service in harsh environments. Biogas storage tank with double membrane roof or enamel roof is a short construction period, cost-effective tank solution.
Center Enamel biogas storage tank combines the strength of steel with the corrosion and scratch-resistance of glass. Compared to other spray application methods, which often use inorganic clays to suspend the particles in water, enamel powder coating provides the proven optimal purity.
