In common, the leachate can be highly corrosive, toxic or acid that depends on what the site was being used for previously. So the leachate storage tanks should be with excellent corrosion resistance ability.

Glass fused to steel tanks are made of glass fused to steel panels, sealant and self locking bolts, as known as glass coated steel tank. The glass fused to steel panels combines the advantage of glass corrosion - resistance and steel hardness, in the firing oven with over 850 degrees Celsius.
